Florida Real Estate Broker Launches Two Business Firms in 2020

JACKSONVILLE, FL (December 16, 2020) -

While several businesses are struggling to stay afloat in the 2020 pandemic, Real Estate Mogul, Katina Mickens, has launched a Real Estate Brokerage and a Real estate University both in the same year.

Mickens is a certified real estate broker with over 20 years’ experience. Throughout her career, she has received several awards for top sales, amassing over $1 billion in real estate sales.

This serial entrepreneur’s passion for real estate and sharing her knowledge of the industry inspired her to launch the Katina Prevails University and Katina Prevails Real Estate brokerage.

The Katina Prevails Real Estate University provides classroom and online courses, certification, practice tests, and exams designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to become licensed real estate agents.

The school is approved by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the Florida Real Estate Commission. Students can access courses on real estate investment tips, pre-licensing, post-licensing, reactivation, and continuing education.
